Are you looking for a new customer service opportunity?
Our client is looking for talented individuals to join their busy and growing team! You must be an empathetic and resilient individual with experience of working with vulnerable customers to provide the level of service our client prides themselves on.
Duties will include:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls with customers who are experiencing financial hardship
- Conducting investigations into customers’ unpaid debt and arrears, gathering all information required to discuss next steps
- Working with customers to create suitable repayment solutions
- Building rapport with customers to develop a strong understanding of their unique circumstances and identify the most appropriate solutions
Skills and experience required:
Due to the nature of this role, the successful candidate will need at least 1 year of telephone-based customer service experience. Previous experience working with vulnerable customers is required, ideally within a regulated environment. Exceptional communication and organisation skills are needed, along with a friendly and empathetic demeanour.
