Customer Service Advisor

We’re looking for friendly Customer Service Advisors to join one of Bristol’s leading employers! Our client is looking to welcome several new team members to start with them on the 30th March. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, this could be the next role for you!

Training will be provided but the successful candidates will need to have strong customer service experience. You’ll be first point of contact for customers, primarily via telephone, and ensuring the highest level of service is delivered.

Duties will include:

  • Dealing with inbound calls and providing excellent customer support
  • Managing all customer contact including via email
  • Providing tailored solutions for customers to resolve their queries or issues
  • Taking ownership of queries through to resolution
  • Completing all related administrative duties on customer records
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations

You will need to have exceptional verbal and written communication skills to be able to assist a diverse customer base. As mentioned, previous customer service experience is essential for this role – this can be hospitality, retail, beauty, or similar environments. You will be working with vulnerable customers, so a friendly and calm demeanour is required.

Shifts for this role are Monday-Friday between 8:30am and 6:15pm with 1 in 4 Saturdays 9am-1pm.
