Customer Service Advisor

  • 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday

We’re excited to be recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join our client’s growing team! If you have previous customer service experience and are looking to develop your skills with an established company, this could be the next role for you.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the key point of contact for internal Fleet Managers, resolving a range of queries or issues to meet the needs of customers.

Other duties will include:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service
  • Developing strong product, process, and system knowledge to fulfil daily tasks
  • Working closely with internal colleagues and teams to ensure high-quality delivery of customer requirements
  • Managing the renewals process across a range of customer accounts
  • Ensuring compliance with company and industry regulations
  • Identifying additional solutions for customers to add to their accounts

Required skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Strong literacy and numeracy skills
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
