You’ll be delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring company standards and expectations are met every step of the way. You’ll be communicating with customers via telephone, email, and live chat – a friendly and can-do attitude is a must for this role.
This role is based in our client’s head office in Moreton-in-Marsh with free onsite parking and a train station 10 minutes’ walk away.
Key duties to include:
- Managing guest enquiries regarding bookings, facilities, services, and more
- Ensuring guest information is accurate and up to date
- Processing online and third-party bookings accurately
- Logging and escalating any complaints in a professional manner
- Consistently meeting daily and monthly targets
- Supporting internal bookings for staff, contractors, and issue resolutions
- Collaborating with colleagues across internal teams
Required skills and experience:
- Strong customer service experience (e.g. hospitality, retail, beauty etc)
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
