We’re looking for someone with excellent people skills gained from a hospitality or office-based background. You’ll be great at multi-tasking, keen to work hard and will thrive working as part of a small team.
Your daily duties will include:
- Managing customer orders and requests through to completion
- Handling inbound calls and assisting with a range of queries
- Providing product and service support to customers
- Developing and maintaining product, application, and industry knowledge
- Updating internal systems to reflect progress and customer needs
- Obtaining customer feedback and reporting on industry trends
- Offering suitable solutions to meet customer requirements
- Providing a high-quality service to meet company and customer expectations

Full training is provided but the following skills and experience are required:
- At least 2 years of experience gained within a customer service environment
- GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English at Grade C or above
- Strong IT and communication skills
