Customer Service Advisor

Are you passionate about customer service?

We’re looking for someone with excellent people skills gained from a hospitality or office-based background. You’ll be great at multi-tasking, keen to work hard and will thrive working as part of a small team.

You’ll receive structured training and onward development to enable you to progress upwards with a rising salary structure to match. Initially you’ll come on board and receive full training on the products and processes etc, once you’re up to speed with everything and have flown through your probationary period (typically 6 months), you’ll be rewarded with a pay rise. There’s also a great subsidised canteen, break area and free parking.

You’ll be joining a global leader in their industry and will be an important part of a small team.

Your daily duties will include:

  • Managing customer orders and requests through to completion
  • Providing product and service support to customers
  • Developing and maintaining product, application, and industry knowledge
  • Updating internal systems to reflect progress and customer needs
  • Obtaining customer feedback and reporting on industry trends
  • Providing a high-quality service to meet company and customer expectations

Required skills and experience:

  • At least 2 years of experience gained within a customer service environment
  • GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English as Grade C or above
  • Strong IT and communication skills
