Customer Service Advisor - 20th April Start

  • Frenchay – hybrid working available (2 days from home)
  • Monday-Friday, shifts between 8am and 6pm
  • Start on 20th April!

Our client is looking to recruit a couple of temporary workers to assist their Customer Service team! This role is to start on the 20th of April with interviews taking place on the 8th of April.

You will be managing a mixture of inbound and outbound calls and dealing with all end-of-lease processes. You will be finalising all vehicle returns and guiding customers through all processes and administrative tasks required.

Training will be provided but experience dealing with vulnerable customers is required as you will be handling challenging conversations. You will also need to be confident on the telephone with strong communication skills.
