Customer Service Administrator

  • Slough – on site parking
  • 12-month fixed term contract
  • Monday-Friday 8:45am-5pm

Our client’s team is growing! This is a great opportunity to join a busy team and develop your administrative skills.

This role requires key attention to detail as you will be managing the production of quotations from commercial divisions, ensuring that all quotes are produced according to SLAs and internal policies.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring the email inbox and responding to requests in a timely manner
  • Providing quotes for schedule updates and formal extension to sales divisions
  • Creating and updating contracts, cost centres, and drive agreements in line with procedures
  • Actioning transfers and new contracts in a timely manner
  • Liaising with internal customers via telephone and email
  • Supporting with wider team with ad hoc tasks as needed
  • Ensuring all tasks are actioned in line with commercial and legal requirements

Skills and experience required:

  • Previous customer service/administrative experience
  • Computer literacy with knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
