Our client is looking for several Customer Service Administrators to join their busy team!
The Job
As a Customer Service Administrator working in a fast-paced and busy environment, you will be passionate about providing the best support for customers. You will work together with your team and department to provide the best results.
- Issuing various documentation for life and pension customers and financial advisors
- Handling and resolving customer queries from internal teams
- Generating statement and insurance documents for customers
- Ensuring documents are issued accurately and in a timely manner
- Using internal systems to maintain communication records
The Person
Full training will be provided but the following skills and experience are required:
- A passion for customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to complete a variety administration tasks
- Computer literacy and a willingness to learn new systems
