Our client is looking for several Customer Service Administrators to join their busy team!

The Job

As a Customer Service Administrator working in a fast-paced and busy environment, you will be passionate about providing the best support for customers. You will work together with your team and department to provide the best results.

  • Issuing various documentation for life and pension customers and financial advisors
  • Handling and resolving customer queries from internal teams
  • Generating statement and insurance documents for customers
  • Ensuring documents are issued accurately and in a timely manner
  • Using internal systems to maintain communication records

The Person

Full training will be provided but the following skills and experience are required:

  • A passion for customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to complete a variety administration tasks
  • Computer literacy and a willingness to learn new systems
