Customer Service Administrator

  • 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, shifts between 8am and 6pm

Our client is looking to recruit a few new Customer Administrators to join their busy team! Our client prides themselves on offering tailored solutions to meet their individual customer’s needs, working with that customer to reach a common goal.

The Role:

  • Dealing with inbound calls and assisting with general queries
  • Resolving queries or issues in a timely manner
  • Completing general administration and data entry tasks
  • Conducting outbound calls to chase outstanding information
  • Updating internal forms, records, and databases
  • Working with the team to ensure tasks are completed within expected timeframes

The Person:

Training will be provided but the following skills and experience are required:

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Comfortable speaking on the phone to internal and external personnel
  • Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Fantastic communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Excellent attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills
