Our client is recruiting for a Customer Sales Advisor!
You will be acting as main point of contact for new and existing customers, managing incoming enquiries, processing bookings, and driving sales through exceptional customer service. A flair for service and sales is a must!
This role is based in our client’s head office in Moreton-in-Marsh with free onsite parking and a train station 10 minutes’ walk away.
Key duties will include:
- Handling all incoming enquiries and reservation calls promptly
- Processing bookings, scheduling services, and managing guest requests
- Sending out booking confirmations and relevant documents
- Adhering to quality standards, maintaining efficiency in all tasks
- Driving sales and identifying improvements for guest reservations
- Consistently meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets
Experience and skills required:
- Proven experience working to targets in a customer service environment (e.g. hospitality, retail, beauty etc)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer literacy with knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
