  • Monday – Friday, shifts between 8am and 6pm

Our client is looking to recruit a Customer Complaints Officer to join their existing complaints team. You will be investigating and resolving customer concerns and supporting the wider business in complaints management.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing inbound technical complaints within SLAs and regulatory requirements
  • Supporting complaint resolution across the business through advice, training, and coaching
  • Working with all business areas and external partners to manage formal complaints
  • Maintaining accurate records using the CRM system
  • Supporting ongoing training requirements for new and existing employees
  • Liaising with relevant external third parties as needed

Due to the nature of this role, you should have previous customer-facing experience along with:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem solving and organisations skills
  • An understanding of how to work within legislative guidelines
