This is a fantastic opportunity to join an award-winning company based in the heart of Bath. Our client is looking for a talented individual with financial services experience to join their team as a Corporate Actions Administrator.

You will be responsible for delivering team and individual targets within expected timescales and to the highest standards. In return, you will receive:

Daily duties will include:

  • Logging and implementing corporate action notifications and distribution processing in accordance with CASS regulations
  • Liaising with third parties and internal personnel daily
  • Identifying ways to improve processes and encourage departmental cooperation
  • Consistently achieving departmental SLAs and KPIs
  • Ensuring high-quality service is delivered to clients, supporting with ongoing Customer Service improvement initiatives

The successful candidate must have previous financial services experience, ideally with an understanding of investments and investment products. Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills are essential, along with great attention to detail.
