Join our client’s team as a Corporate Action Administrator!
This role is essential in ensuring the smooth daily running of the Corporate Action & Distributions team. You will be ensuring targets are met within expected timeframes and to the highest standards.
Daily duties include:
- Corporate action, distribution, and cash interest processing
- Liaising with third party providers such as Fund Managers, Transfer Agents, and Auditors
- Ensuring exceptional service is delivered at all times
- Adhering to the Treating Customers Fairly principles and regulatory requirements
- Supporting customer service improvement initiatives
- Ensuring departmental SLAs and KPIs are achieved
Due to the nature of this role, experience in financial services is required. The successful candidate will also have customer service experience, strong attention to detail, and exceptional communication skills. Sound IT knowledge is also required, particularly working knowledge of Excel.
