Contracts Analyst

Our client has a brand-new and exciting opportunity for a Contracts Analyst to take ownership of contract and data quality across procurement focus, to improve contract records, strengthen data reporting, and design clear, compliant, and efficient processes.  

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Auditing existing contract records, fixing gaps, errors, and inconsistencies, and creating a single, trusted source of truth
  • Using data to build meaningful reporting, helping to redesign contract and data management processes
  • Working with stakeholders across the business to locate and validate missing and incorrect contract data, combining contract and monitoring logs
  • Creating and delivering a clear action plan to address data quality issues, analysing root causes and using insights to drive improvements
  • Reporting and monitoring ongoing adherence to processes

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience working in a complex and ideally regulated procurement environment
  • Contract management and negotiation experience
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills
  • Curious and improvement-focussed
