Our client has a brand-new and exciting opportunity for a Contracts Analyst to take ownership of contract and data quality across procurement focus, to improve contract records, strengthen data reporting, and design clear, compliant, and efficient processes.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Auditing existing contract records, fixing gaps, errors, and inconsistencies, and creating a single, trusted source of truth
- Using data to build meaningful reporting, helping to redesign contract and data management processes
- Working with stakeholders across the business to locate and validate missing and incorrect contract data, combining contract and monitoring logs
- Creating and delivering a clear action plan to address data quality issues, analysing root causes and using insights to drive improvements
- Reporting and monitoring ongoing adherence to processes
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience working in a complex and ideally regulated procurement environment
- Contract management and negotiation experience
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills
- Curious and improvement-focussed
