Contract Support Scheduler

We’re looking for a strong communicator with exceptional attention to detail to join our busy client in Bristol City Centre. You will join their Service Delivery Team to act as first point of contact for both internal and external clients, managing new and existing work orders through internal systems.

This role requires someone with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Daily responsibilities to include:

  • Managing and monitoring workflow statuses within internal systems
  • Processing work orders in line with client SLAs and KPIs
  • Handling all incoming calls, assisting with general queries
  • Liaising with engineers and suppliers to obtain updates and ensure all works are completed within contractual timeframes
  • Responsible for accurate diary management
  • Supporting upper management to ensure client requirements are met

Candidates must be hardworking and self-motivated to ensure exceptional service delivery.   

Experience of working with customers over the telephone is essential to effectively engage with clients, colleagues, and third parties.

Hours of work are 8am – 5pm, Monday – Friday.
