As a Contact Centre Team Leader, you will be motivating and coaching a diverse team in a fast-paced environment. Daily duties will include:
- Motivating, coaching and supporting a team of Customer Service Agents
- Leading the team to exceed performance targets and hit SLAs
- Supporting growth through succession planning and multi-skilled development
- Taking full ownership of supplier relationships and resolving issues
- Using data to resolve problems, streamline processes, and drive improvements
- Working with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to deliver outstanding service
About you:
- Experience of managing, coaching or developing a team
- Experience of reviewing and improving internal processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
