As a Contact Centre Team Leader, you will be motivating and coaching a diverse team in a fast-paced environment. Daily duties will include:

  • Motivating, coaching and supporting a team of Customer Service Agents
  • Leading the team to exceed performance targets and hit SLAs
  • Supporting growth through succession planning and multi-skilled development
  • Taking full ownership of supplier relationships and resolving issues
  • Using data to resolve problems, streamline processes, and drive improvements
  • Working with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to deliver outstanding service

About you:

  • Experience of managing, coaching or developing a team
  • Experience of reviewing and improving internal processes
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
