Compliance Administrator (Fire Prevention & Fire Safety)

  • 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week
  • Experience working within fire prevention or fire safety required

We’re looking for a talented communicator with knowledge of BM TRADA certification schemes to join our client’s busy team! If you have previous experience within passive fire protection (specifically fire stopping and fire doors), this could be the next challenge for you.

You’ll be supporting the delivery of passive fire protection works, ensuring compliance with current fire safety regulations, and supporting project delivery from survey to completion.

Daily responsibilities to include:

  • Liaising with clients and internal teams to provide updates on quote status, compliance progress, and delivery timeframes
  • Compiling detailed estimates and quotations for works, repairs, replacements, and upgrades
  • Reviewing fire stopping and fire door inspection reports to identify remedial actions
  • Assisting in preparing job packs for engineers and ensuring closeout documentation is completed and returned
  • Maintaining a tracker of quotes, live jobs, inspection findings, and job progress
  • Maintaining full records of installations, inspections, remedials, and certifications
  • Ensuring compliance with all BM TRADA Q-Mark certification standards

Required skills and experience:

  • Experience working in a similar role within fire prevention or fire safety is essential
  • Familiarity with fire door components, installation requirements, and maintenance standards
  • High level of IT literacy and report tracking systems
  • Exceptional communication skills
