You will be responsible for providing initial support to customers following a bereavement – providing information about the service and guidance to help them understand what is involved – all with the utmost empathy during the worst time.

Duties and responsibilities will include:
- Managing warm leads and enquiries from clients who have contacted them directly or whose details have been provided via referring partners
- Forwarding qualified leads and technical queries on to colleagues responsible for generating quotes and sales conversions
- Following up with clients to ensure contracts are returned and associated documentation is gathered
- Assisting clients with any after-sales support to ensure efficient handover to service delivery
- Offering excellent end-to-end customer service while working towards sales and performance targets
This role would suit someone who is experienced in meeting sales and performance targets in a professional sales environment. Our client is ideally looking for someone with experience of consultative sales such as professional services, mortgages, commercial insurance, life and protection insurance, wealth management etc.
