Client Support Administrator

Our client, an established firm of chartered accountants and business advisers, is looking for a Client Support Administrator to join their busy and friendly team and support a portfolio of new and existing clients.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supporting the team to deliver excellent client service and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the firm
  • Acting as a point of contact for clients, responding to queries and redirecting as appropriate
  • Completing all client onboarding and administrative functions throughout the client lifecycle
  • Undertaking due diligence and AML checks
  • Proactively planning work throughout the year and ahead of financial year-end
  • Ensuring effective workflow management to meet relevant service standards
  • Maintaining back-office systems and client records, and completing all other ad hoc administrative tasks as required

Experience and Skills

  • Previous office administration experience, ideally within accounting or professional services
  • Strong client service and communication skills
  • Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
