Our client, an established firm of chartered accountants and business advisers, is looking for a Client Services Manager to lead their Client Support, Bookkeeping, and Payroll administration teams. Reporting into the Head of Operations, this brand-new role will be crucial in ensuring ongoing operational delivery and excellent client experience.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Client Journey Management: Overseeing the entire client journey, identifying opportunities for improvement, and ensuring consistency across all touchpoints
- Cross Department Collaboration: Working closely with other departments to ensure that all aspects of the client journey are aligned
- Team Leadership: Leading and mentoring the administration teams, ensuring they are equipped to deliver excellent and efficient service
- Process Improvement: Playing a proactive role in improving existing and adopting new processes to drive efficiencies and client excellence
- Operational Delivery: Understanding strategic deliverables, identifying and addressing issues
- Training Delivery: Delivering training and coaching in support of ongoing learning and development
- Client Liaison: Acting as the central point of contract for outsourced partners, clients, and stakeholders
- Management Information: Creating and producing regular and accurate MI reports to allow operational and strategic decisions based on facts
Experience and Skills
- Previous team management experience, ideally within accounting or professional services
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead through challenges and escalations
- Strong communication skills required for both internal and client-facing matters
