Duties to include:

  • First point of contact for customers, advisers, and external third parties
  • Handling inbound calls and completing all related administrative tasks
  • Managing changes to existing client records as requested
  • Inputting and maintaining internal data records
  • Supporting platform set-ups and resolving platform issues
  • Adhering to Service Level Agreements and daily workload targets
  • Ensuring compliance with GDPR policies and regulatory standards

About you:

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Strong data and analytical processing skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • An interest in financial services and a willingness to learn
