Duties to include:
- First point of contact for customers, advisers, and external third parties
- Handling inbound calls and completing all related administrative tasks
- Managing changes to existing client records as requested
- Inputting and maintaining internal data records
- Supporting platform set-ups and resolving platform issues
- Adhering to Service Level Agreements and daily workload targets
- Ensuring compliance with GDPR policies and regulatory standards
About you:
- Previous customer service experience
- Strong data and analytical processing skills
- Excellent communication skills
- An interest in financial services and a willingness to learn
