Client Services Executive

Are you looking for a new opportunity to develop your customer service skills?

Our client is a trusted provider in the financial services sector, and they’re recruiting for a new Customer Services Executive to join their team.

Previous customer service experience is essential, and the successful candidate must be comfortable on the telephone. Experience in a finance or contact centre environment is advantageous but not essential.

Daily duties will include:

  • Handling a range of client enquiries and providing solutions
  • Managing and processing requests from Financial Advisers in a timely manner
  • Handling confidential and sensitive information relating to personal finance
  • Updating a range of internal systems with comprehensive notes
  • Working with internal teams to manage queries through to resolution
  • Ensuring compliance with FCA regulations

Training will be provided but the experience and skills required are:

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Ability to resolve complaints and find solutions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Excel
