This is an exciting time to join our client’s growing team as a Client Services Executive! You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to a range of clients, as well as completing a range of administrative duties.
Skills and experience required:
- Previous experience in financial services is ideal
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills
- Working knowledge of Excel and other IT applications
Responsibilities:
- Supporting adviser firms, clients, and third parties with a range of queries
- Processing customer, adviser instructions accurately and in a timely manner
- Conducting daily routines including bulk trade order and settlement transactions
- Identifying any discrepancies and resolving or escalating where appropriate
- Processing regular and periodic fund distributions
- Working with third parties to ensure data is up to date and accurate
- Ensuring compliance with all legislative requirements and quality standards
