Day to day duties to include:
- Managing and resolving inbound queries from a range of internal and external personnel
- Providing excellent service to ensure a positive customer experience
- Ensuring queries are dealt with in line with service standards
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with colleagues and clients
- Investigating and resolving queries in a timely manner
- Developing new processes and challenging existing ones where possible
Due to the nature of this role, a passion for customer service is a must! You must also be able to work well under pressure with proven strong communication skills.
