Client Services Administrator

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a global provider of business outsourcing services and innovative technology solutions as a Client Services Administrator.

The role requires someone who is happy working with a range of complex financial information and analysing commercial data from a variety of different sources. Strong attention to detail is required as you will be processing high volumes of financial information.

Required skills and experience:

  • Previous experience of working the financial or professional services sector preferred but not essential
  • The ability to analyse and interpret financial data and information
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail

As a Client Service Administrator, you are responsible for dealing with a range of finance related enquiries, and processing high volumes of instructions.

Other duties will include:

  • Dealing with requests from Financial Advisers and Investment Managers
  • Processing new investment paperwork
  • Allocating and transferring funds upon instruction from Financial Advisers
  • Completing all related administrative duties
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Offering knowledge and expertise to colleagues as needed
  • Ensuring compliance with SLAs and legislative requirements
