The role requires someone who is happy working with a range of complex financial information and analysing commercial data from a variety of different sources. Strong attention to detail is required as you will be processing high volumes of financial information.
Required skills and experience:
- Previous experience of working the financial or professional services sector preferred but not essential
- The ability to analyse and interpret financial data and information
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail
As a Client Service Administrator, you are responsible for dealing with a range of finance related enquiries, and processing high volumes of instructions.
Other duties will include:
- Dealing with requests from Financial Advisers and Investment Managers
- Processing new investment paperwork
- Allocating and transferring funds upon instruction from Financial Advisers
- Completing all related administrative duties
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Offering knowledge and expertise to colleagues as needed
- Ensuring compliance with SLAs and legislative requirements
