We are currently working with fantastic financial services organisation based in the heart of Bath, who are looking for a strong administrator to join a high-performing team. The role requires someone who is happy working with financial information and dealing with a range of client enquiries when needed.
As a Finance Administrator, you are responsible for dealing with a range of pension and investment enquiries. Strong attention to detail is required as you will be processing high volumes of financial information. Other duties will include:
- Dealing with queries and requests from Financial Adviser firms
- Processing new investment paperwork
- Allocating and transferring funds upon instruction from financial advisers
- Completing all related administrative duties
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Offering knowledge and expertise to colleagues as needed
Due to the nature of this role, knowledge of investment administration is desirable but not essential. The successful candidate will also have excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong organisational skills and previous experience of working in an administrative role.
