Daily duties to include:
- Process high volumes of written instructions and data
- Deal with any queries and requests from Financial Adviser firms, and occasionally, their clients
- Be responsible for accurately processing new investments and helping out with other various administrative tasks
Required skills and experience:
- Experience of working in the financial services sector (insurance, banking, finance)
- Previous experience of customer service
- Excellent communication skills, especially the ability to communicate complex matters in a concise and clear way
- Strong IT skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
