Do you have previous claims experience or are you interested in a career in claims?

Our client, a leading legal expenses insurance provider, is looking for someone super switched on with a great attention to detail to join their friendly team as a Legal Expenses Claims Handler – a varied claims handling role without the pressure of high-volume claims.

You’ll be trained to become a subject matter expert and will be responsible for handling a variety of legal expenses claims, including personal injury, medical negligence, employment and contract disputes etc.

In return, you will receive a great salary and benefits, plus you’ll only have to work 35-hours per week, no evenings or weekends! 

You will also have the opportunity for hybrid working (60/40 model) following the successful completion of 3-month office-based training.

Duties of a Legal Expenses Claims Handler will include:

  • Working closely with clients, solicitors, and third parties to ensure all claims are dealt with in a timely manner
  • Accurately processing legal claims and providing excellent customer support throughout the claims process
  • Providing regular updates to customers on the progress of their claims
  • Answering customer queries and providing guidance as required
  • Ensuring all necessary documentation is obtained and filed correctly
  • Liaising with third-party insurers, solicitors, and experts to ensure effective management of claims
  • Maintaining accurate records of all claims and ensuring all regulatory requirements are met
