Claims Administrator - 9-month FTC

Our client, an award-winning law firm, is looking for Claims Administrators to join their friendly and professional team. Working in a fast-paced environment, the Claims Administrator will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the wider department in the handling of claims.

Please note, this role is offered on a 9-month fixed term basis. In return, there is a fantastic benefits package on offer, as well as hybrid working with a minimum of 2 days in the office.

Key duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Opening new claims, obtaining policy information, and inputting data into the claims management system
  • Assisting with diary management and report preparation
  • Handling billing and accounts queries, processing payments, and updating financial information
  • Managing centralised mailboxes, responding to and forwarding as appropriate
  • Completing general administration tasks, such as filing and scanning
  • Producing high quality work and providing a high quality of service to clients required to meet internal and external KPIs and SLAs

Due to the nature of this Claims Administrator role, at least 6 months of previous administration experience is required. This is alongside a positive and resilient manner, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.
