Join our client’s friendly team as a Business Intelligence Analyst! If you have strong analytical skills and experience of utilising data to produce reports, this could be the next role for you.
You’ll be supporting multiple projects and analysing data from project-specific transactional data and reporting systems. Previous experience of Power BI is essential, as is the ability to manipulate and extract data from multiple systems.
Key responsibilities:
- Analysing data with a focus on areas such as supply chain performance, estate compliance, and estates costs
- Producing dashboards in line with agreed standards
- Identifying trends and investigating underlying causes or issues
- Identifying potential areas of concern and informing the appropriate teams
- Developing solutions for clients and internal stakeholders using a range of tools and technologies
- Using knowledge and understanding of data streams linked to Power BI, and the measures and calculations required to transform the data into accurate insightful dashboards
Required skills and experience:
- Must have experience of writing SQL, Data Warehouse ETL, Data Factory, Science and Engineering modules of PBi/Fabric
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential
- Experience of Power BI to manipulate and present data
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills
