Our client is a leading provider or niche legal services, and we are pleased to be recruiting for a Business Development Manager to join their friendly team!
You will be building, nurturing, and maximising existing business relationships and seeking out opportunities with new legal clients. This role is field-based, and the successful candidate will be required to book and attend meetings to increase sales performance and drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities include:
- Booking and attending legal client meetings and presenting technical service propositions
- Representing the business at partner events, legal conferences, and associated networking opportunities
- Developing, leading, and managing a business development strategy to deliver increased market penetration and awareness
- Playing a pivotal role in increasing sales performance and driving revenue growth
- Taking responsibility for and being accountable for demanding sales and growth targets
- Managing all business development activity in the CRM system
Skills and experience required:
- Previous experience in a similar business development role is required
- Proven track record in managing business partner relationships
- Proven experience in account management
- This role would suit someone who is results-oriented, self-motivated, and resilient
Due to the nature of this role, a full UK driving licence is required. While this is a field-based role, you will be required to travel to the Bristol office occasionally.
