Bank and Reconciliations Administrator

We are excited to be recruiting for an award-winning company based in the heart of Bath who are currently looking for a Reconciliations and Banking Administrator to join their friendly team.

As a Reconciliations and Banking Administrator you will receive full training, although will have previously worked in a finance department or worked in an environment where you have analysed and studied data and financials. Daily duties to include:

  • Daily reconciliation of client accounts, checking for anomalies and investigating when required
  • Process and check volumes of data and figures received from clients
  • Dealing with internal and external payments to ensure they are compliant and processed in line with industry regulations
  • Completing checks on bank accounts and uploading payments
  • Creating reports for review by the senior management team
  • Dealing with enquiries from both internal stakeholders and external client contacts
