We’re recruiting for several new team members to join our client’s busy Administration Team. This role would suit someone with exceptional attention to detail and some previous administration experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Completing vehicle administration tasks such as tax and MOT reminders
  • Processing fines and charges and notifying customers
  • Raising invoices and sending them out in a timely manner via post
  • Liaising with team members to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Chasing any outstanding information as required
  • Supporting a smooth customer journey

This role will be fast-paced and requires excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. The successful candidate will need to be comfortable dealing with high-volume administrative tasks; therefore, previous administration experience is desirable.
