Accounts Assistant

  • Full time – reduced hours will be considered (min. 32 hours per week)

If you have previous experience in a similar role with strong working knowledge of Sage 50/Sage 50 Payroll, this could be the next role for you…

Daily duties will include:

  • Processing purchase invoices and payments efficiently
  • Dealing with supplier statement reconciliations
  • Accurately generating and distributing reports as requested
  • Chasing any outstanding supplier invoices
  • Completing bank reconciliations using Sage 50
  • Generating payroll by collating timesheets and processing in Sage 50 Payroll

This role would suit someone who is highly organised and able to consistently meet tight deadlines. At least 3 years of purchase ledger experience is preferred, and at least 1 year of experience in Sage 50 and Sage 50 Payroll is required. The successful candidate will ideally be qualified to AAT Level 4 or above.
