Are you an experienced team leader with AAT Level 4 (or similar qualification)?
Our client is recruiting for an Accounting Operations Team Leader! This is a fantastic opportunity to lend your skills to the management of the Accounting Operations Team, ensuring smooth day-to-day processes and driving operational success.
Daily duties will include:
- Leading and managing the team’s day-to-day workload
- Developing team members by providing feedback and coaching
- Managing escalated queries from internal and external customers
- Acting as subject matter expert on all accounting operations processes
- Ensuring compliance with SLAs, company policies, and regulatory requirements
- Completing monthly MI and supporting the yearly company audit
- Ensuring monthly controls are completed within deadlines
- Supporting with ad hoc project work
Required skills and experience:
- Previous leadership experience with proven coaching and mentoring skills
- AAT Level 4 or similar accounting qualification
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Good standard of IT literacy, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
